first, the structure of the cab

It is recommended to use steel doors for the cab, which should have good stiffness and strength, because the cab is generally used in the field and is often easy to be damaged in windy weather. It is best to use car windows for openable windows, because car windows have better sealing performance. The fixed window can be made of aluminum alloy. The glass of doors or windows can be ordinary glass, tempered glass and insulating glass. The door shall be equipped with door lock and handle, which shall be durable. The hinge of the door shall have sufficient strength to ensure durability. Automatic door closing device shall be set on the door or the hinge of the door. The driver will feel a lot of discomfort when operating in the cab. Therefore, it is better to set shock absorption system and speed adjustment of horizontal movement in the cab of this kind of horizontal movement. The horizontal movement can be adjusted by frequency conversion motor. The automatic leveling of the cab is generally realized in two ways. One is the hanging method, that is, the cab is hung on the pin shaft on the upper part of the cab, and the level of the cab is automatically adjusted by the dead weight of the cab. However, this method is easily affected by the change of the center of gravity of the overall dead weight of the cab, and it is not easy to level. The second way of automatic leveling is to use the deflection detection switch to detect the state of the cab, and then the hydraulic cylinder drives the cab as a whole to realize leveling.
